• Milestone Description: This milestone involves completing the development of an Impact Job Matching Engine. This engine will recommend impact jobs to talent on the Socious platform, matching them based on their skills, interests, and passions. This will involve integrating user profile data, interaction data, job data, and organization data to build a comprehensive recommendation engine.
• Milestone Deliverable: A fully functional and integrated Impact Job Matching Engine.
• Deliverable Description: The Impact Job Matching Engine will be completely built, tested, and integrated into the Socious platform. It will utilize user profile data, interaction data, job data, and organization data to recommend the most suitable impact jobs to talent registered on the Socious platform.
